 Please try items on with care . If you decide to return something , please ensure that it is in a perfect condition .This means that it should not be worn, used, washed or damaged, (no deodorant marks, perfume, fake tan, or make-up stains)and the original tags/labels are attached. Otherwise, the return will be refused, and no store credit will be issued.


2- If your order is eligible for a return, we will send you an approval email within 48 hours. We will then arrange for a courier to collect the item from you, and the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.
3- Once your returned order is received at our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with a store credit coupon code that you can use anytime.

Is there anything else I need to know?
Our order processing system is automated, so orders cannot be cancelled upon ordering.

The items are your responsibility Please ensure the item is packed securely for collection. Once collected by the courier.

 

Orders placed using store credits are not eligible for returns.

Damage caused by general wear and tear is the responsibility of the owner . We cannot be responsible for any damage due to negligence
