When will my order arrive?

We generally deliver all orders in 7-21 working days, even though most of our deliverables arrive with 10 - 14 working days. This is because there might be occasional delay due to customs clearance processes, which are totally out of our control.

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will immediately send you an email containing a tracking number. Using this number you will be able to know where is your item and when it is going to arrive to you.

 

How can I Pay for my order?

When you Place an order you will pay with PayPal , you will be redirected  to the PayPal payment page , where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password .

you may still check out even without a PayPal account . To do so , please click on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and you'll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal . 

 

Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?

This depends on the area you are ordering from. If you order from Europe, for instance, you will be charged with VTA duties. In other words, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes.

Please be aware that ninadior100.com does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to the country.

What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?

What is your returns policy?

We offer 7-days after delivery hassle-free return for your items.

The item/s must be in original condition. Item/s must not have been used in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.

ninadior100.com offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

However, the address where you should send the return will be sent to you when you contact us for a return at marketing@ninadior100.com

 

How do I request a return?

To initiate a return, simply email us at Marketing@ninadior100.com using the same e-mail address you used to order the item. We will send you the address you need to use to send back the items.

Once we receive the items, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

ninadior100.com cannot be held liable for the loss of the items during the return process. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
